POWERBROKERS ENERGY LLC d/b/a GNR8.energy does not sell or share contact information for third-party marketing.

Information you enter in this website’s signup form, including any electric bills you upload and any appointment you book, is sent to our customer relationship and scheduling service so we can respond to you.

Information you provide to request a conversation is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you selected. Service providers used for hosting, intake, and scheduling may process information to provide those services.

Text messages: we text you only if you check a text-message box on our form. There are two separate, optional boxes: one for texts about your request (appointment reminders and follow-up on your bill and savings) and one for marketing texts. Texts come from POWERBROKERS ENERGY LLC d/b/a GNR8.energy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you tap See my savings, we may also call or email you about your request, including calls using automated technology or an AI voice.

Address suggestions use Photon, an OpenStreetMap search service. Address text entered in the property address field is sent to that service to find matching addresses. You can also enter your address manually.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels. When you fill out our form, the site sets one strictly necessary session cookie and uses your browser’s session storage so your request, bill upload and appointment stay connected while you complete the steps. They are not used to track you across other websites and expire when your session ends. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the form may not save your progress if you do.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and your information is stored with service providers that use access controls and encryption. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To update or delete information you provided, email bruce@gnr8.energy.
